Walkthrough 49: Undercover HB

This mission starts at James' garage. Head over to James' house (up the street from Roach's house.) If you haven't met James at his house yet he will be standing outside and invite you in the garage to smoke.
James tells you some of the backstory on HB and their lead Kody. It turns out James and Kody used to be friends before Kody got greedy.
James eventually asks you to do a quest for him. He asks you to disguise yourself as an HB gang member and deliver a package to a rich man in Palos Verdes named Vanderlip.
The quickest way to Vanderlip's mansion is by taking the wave bus app to your PV home and then following the road south. There will be a dirt shortcut path by a peacock leading north.
Follow the road north to the entrance to Vanderlip's mansion. If you don't have your HB outfit on the security won't let you in so make sure you switch clothing.
Find Vanderlip inside in the room to the left (west). Vanderlip verbally abuses you a bit before asking you to deliver a suitcase to the Pitcher House in Redondo.
Head to the Pitcher House, the quickest way is using the wave bus app and getting off at Stoner Circle. Head to the Pitcher House and find the bathroom. Once you go in the bathroom you will get a text box confirming you planted the suitcase.
Return to Vanderlip at his mansion. He will scream at you and say you did not place the suitcase properly.
