Once you are in the tunnels travel east. Head North at the dead end. Then West at the first passage. Follow the tunnel West to the first South path and then head south. The room with the electric breakers is the place you are looking for.

Walk up to the weed logo on the floor. You will cut a hole in the ceiling and setup a ladder to sneak into the security closet. Head up the ladder. In the closet make sure to grab everything. Once you grab Roach's skate shield Lorenzo the security boss will enter the room. Prepare to fight him.

After you beat Lorenzo head out of the room and into the school office. The room next door to the east has a Redondo costume worth grabbing. Head out of the office at the door at the end of the hallway to the East.

Head back to the entrance you came in. Security guards are back blocking the exit. Head to the North East corner of the map.

You will encounter another fight with Lorenzo. This time he has his golf cart.

After beating Lorenzo head out the hole in the wall. Then head back to Roach's house to complete the heist.
